摘要： 牙周炎是牙菌斑引起的牙周组织破坏不可逆转的一类疾病，而宿主对牙周致病菌的炎症反应不一是由环境和遗传的共同作用决定。本文将对近年来牙周炎遗传学方面的研究，包括牙周炎的遗传特征、牙周炎易感基因的多态性、某些遗传性疾病与牙周炎的关系作一讨论。
Abstract: Periodontitis is induced by bacterial biofilm that forms on teeth characterized by irreversible destruction of periodontal tissue. However, the inflammatory response to infection is influenced by environmental factors as well as by genetic factors. This review focused on the research advances of genetic characteristics of periodontitis, the related gene polymorphisms, and the genetic family diseases which increases periodontitis susceptibility.
