摘要: 不同应力改变介导细胞超微结构变化可直接影响细胞组织的生物学行为。在生理和病理性机械力刺激下,细胞超微结构通过各种信号通路传导产生力学响应,发生结构和功能上的变化,从而影响细胞增殖、生长、分化、迁移以及凋亡等。细胞超微结构的研究不再局限于组织生理和病理学改变,目前更多的趋向于结合力学、疾病机制的研究。本文就近年来力学控制下细胞超微结构改变的相关研究进展做一综述。

Abstract: Advance of mechanical regulation of the cytoskeleton ultrastructure LUO peng HU jiangtian (Dept. of Orthodontics ,Affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Kunming Medical University ,Yunnan 650031 China) [abstract] Different changes of stress-mediated cell ultrastructural changes directly affect the biological behavior of cells. In physiological and pathological mechanical stimulation, cell ultrastructure of conduction through a variety of signaling pathway becomes in response of mechanism and changes in structure and function, thus affecting the growth, differentiation, cell proliferation, migration and apoptosis. Cell ultrastructure of physiological and pathological changes of research is no longer limited to organizations, more towards the study of combination of mechanical and disease mechanisms 。This review discussed the recent advances in the ultrastructure changes in regulation of mechanical strain.
