正畸治疗中牙槽骨变化的研究进展

Analysis of the change of the alveolar bone during orthodontic treatment

摘要: 随着正畸学的发展,正畸治疗造成牙槽骨变化的副作用越来越引起重视。但由于人类牙槽骨形态、高度以及厚度的个体多变性以及活跃的改建能力,正畸治疗中牙槽骨的变化无法得到精确预测。与传统影像检查相比,具有高度精确成像能力的CBCT可以准确反应颅颌面解剖结构从而判断正畸治疗中牙槽骨的变化。本文从正畸力下牙槽骨的力学反应以及CBCT对牙槽骨改建的精确判断等方面进行阐述。

Abstract: With the boost of orthodontics,some side effects during orthodontic treatment have raised clinician’s attention .But due to the variety of the shape、height and thickness of the alveolar bone and ability of remodeling, the accurate prejudice of changes of alveolar bone after orthodontic treatment is still a challenge.A high quality CBCT technique is well suited for research on alveolar bone changes during orthodontic treatment as it provides access to anatomic structures that cannot be evaluated in conventional radiographs, high measurement accuracy and precision.This review tracks the mechanics of alveolar bone remodeling and the changes of alveolar bone during orthodontic assessed by CBCT
