摘要： 自体游离软组织移植术是目前膜龈手术常用的术式，但对于多位点移植的患者而言，供区创口过大，增加了患者的痛苦。本文目的在于探讨脱细胞真皮基质(Acellular dermal matrix, ADM)作为自体软组织替代物用于膜龈手术的可能性，为临床提供依据。

Abstract: Autologous soft tissue graft is very common in mucogingiva surgery.However,in cases of multiple recipient sites,increased palatal wound add to more pain for patients.This article is aimed at discussing the possibility of acellular dermal matrix（ADM）replacing autograft in mucogingiva surgery.
