离体牙低温保存技术的研究进展

摘要: 为了实现自体牙的延期再植,离体牙的低温保存成为国内外研究的热点。本文主要阐述离体牙低温保存的研究背景、原理及冷冻保护液的作用机制,介绍低温保存的主要方法和技术,初步讨论低温保存对牙体组织生物力学性能的影响,并对离体牙低温保存的应用前景进行展望。

Abstract: In recent years, dentition defect as one of the most common diseases of the dental clinic has attracted more and more attention. The tooth autotransplantation is also increasingly accepted because of the economic and artistic advantages.In order to realize the delayed tooth autotransplantation , cryopreservation technology has become a hot research topic at home and abroad.This paper mainly expounds the research background and theory of cryopreservation technology, mechanism of cryoprotectant,introduces main methods and techniques of cryopreservation, discusses the effect of cryopreservation on the biomechanical properties of human dental tissues, and outlooks the application prospect of tooth cryopreservation .
