自体移植牙牙周牙髓组织再生机理的研究进展

Research advance in the mechanism of the periodontal and pulpal regeneration after autogenous teeth transplantation

摘要: 自体移植牙是修复牙缺失的一种有效方法,可以避免种植牙的关键缺陷。但自体牙移植时机临床难以自如控制,一直是其在临床无法广泛应用的难点,近年来的生物冷冻技术的发展有望破解难题。本文介绍了牙齿生物冷冻保存技术及冷冻保存牙移植的研究现状,并就自体牙移植后的牙周牙髓再生机理,以及冷冻保存对自体移植牙牙周及牙髓组织影响的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Autogenous tooth transplantation is an effective way to repair the missing tooth.It can avoid the critical defects of dental implants.But the time for autogenous tooth transplantation is hard to control at will and it always has the difficulty in its wide application in clinic. The development of biological freezing technology in recent years has been expected to solve these problems. This paper mainly introduced the biological cryopreservation technology of teeth and the present research on cryopreservation of tooth transplantation. The paper also conducted a preliminary introduction on the mechanism of the periodontal and pulpal regeneration after autogenous teeth transplantation,and the influence of cryopreservation on the periodontal and pulpal tissues.
