Nd:YAG激光和氟保护漆对牙周基础治疗后根面敏感的短期疗效对比

Comparison of short-term effect of Nd: YAG laser and fluor protector on the treatment of root sensitivity after periodontal initial therapy

摘要: 目的:对比脉冲Nd:YAG激光和氟保护漆对牙周基础治疗后根面牙本质敏感的短期临床疗效。方法:将接受牙周基础治疗(龈下刮治和根面平整术)后出现根面牙本质过敏的42例慢性牙周炎患者,随机分成2组,激光组(60颗患牙)Nd:YAG激光照射治疗,涂氟组(60颗患牙)涂布氟保护漆。在治疗前及治疗后(即刻、1周和1个月)分别记录患牙的疼痛程度,计算总有效率以评价短期治疗效果。结果:治疗后即刻总有效率激光组为95%,涂氟组为93.33%(P>0.05);治疗后1周总有效率激光组为91.67%,涂氟组为90%(P>0.05);治疗后1个月激光组总有效率为88.33%,涂氟组为78.33%(P<0.05)。结论:Nd:YAG激光和氟保护漆在治疗龈下刮治和根面平整引起根面牙本质过敏时,1周内的脱敏效果无明显差异,而治疗后1个月激光疗效更优。

Abstract: Objective: To compare the short-term effects of Nd:YAG laser and fluor protector in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity after periodontal initial therapy. Methods:42 cases of chronic periodontitis patients with dentin hypersensitivity after periodontal initial therapy (scaling and root planing, SRP), were randomly divided into two groups. Laser group (60 teeth): treated with Nd:YAG laser; Fluor protector group (60 teeth): fluor protector smeared. The degree of pain was recorded before and after treatment immediately, 1 week and 1 month later. Total effective rate was calculated to evaluate short-term clinical effect. Results: Immediately after treatment, the total effective rates of laser group and fluor protector group were respectively 95% and 93.33% (P>0.05). One week later, the total effective rates of two groups were 91.67% and 90% (P>0.05). A month after therapy, the total effective rate of laser group was 88.33%, whereas the total effective rate of fluor protector group was 78.33% (P<0.05). Conclusions: There is no difference in treating dentin hyper sensitivity after SRP between Nd: YAG laser and fluor protector group within 1 week, but laser irradiation is superior in 1 month post-operative observation.
