Rap1b在斑马鱼神经嵴中表达情况的初探

A preliminary study on the expression of Rap1b in zebrafish neural crest

摘要: 目的:研究Rap1b与斑马鱼颅面部发育的关系。方法:利用模式动物斑马鱼,取由神经嵴发育而来的颅面部组织做实时定量RT-PCR,观察不同时期Rap1b的mRNA表达情况。再通过Rap1b整体原位杂交观察其在斑马鱼发育过程中时间和空间的表达情况,并与神经嵴特异性标志基因Crestin原位杂交表达情况在时间和空间上对比。结果:实时定量RT-PCR结果显示,Rap1b在神经嵴形成、迁移、分化过程中在颅面部均有表达。原位杂交结果显示,Rap1b与Crestin在斑马鱼中的表达在时间和空间上有重叠。结论:Rap1b可能通过调节神经嵴发育参与颅面部发育。

Abstract: Objective:To find the relationship between Rap1b and the zebrafish craniolfacial development. Methods:Detect the expression of Rap1b in the head of zebrafish which was derived from neural crest by real-time RT-PCR.Then compare the expression of Rap1b and Crestinin the process of zebrafish development with in situ hybridization. Results:The results of real-time RT-PCR indicated that Rap1b was expressed in the craniofacial of zebrafish during the neural crest induction, migration and derivation. The results of in situ hybridization indicated that the expression of Rap1b and Crestin were partial overlap in the dimention of time and space of zebrafish develpment. Conclusions:Rap1b may influence the development of zebrafish craniofacial by regulating the development of neural crest.
