牙髓干细胞生物学性能影响因素的研究进展

Research on the effects of different micro-environments on the biology of dental pulp stem cells

摘要: 牙髓干细胞是最早体外成功分离培养的牙源性干细胞,具有较强的增殖能力及多向分化能力,是组织工程牙再生、骨再生研究中极具潜能的种子细胞。牙髓干细胞的生物学性能容易受到外界环境的影响,进而影响其在组织工程中的应用,因此选择一个适合牙髓干细胞培养的微环境是非常重要的。本文基于现有文献,从细胞因子、条件培养液、支架材料、物理因素等对牙髓干细胞生物学性能的影响展开综述。

Abstract: Dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs) are one type of adult stem cells with the potential of self-renewing and multi-differentiation, which are considered as a competent candidate for tooth/bone tissue regeneration. The biological features especially the odonto/osteogenic capacity of DPSCs can be affected by different conditions which subsequently compromises their applications in tissue engineering. Thus, the selection of an ideal microenvironment for DPSCs is much important to the better use of DPSCs in tissue regeneration. This review will mainly focus on the effects of different factors, such as cytokines, conditioned media, scaffold materials, and physical elements on the biology of DPSCs.
