12种饮料对年轻恒牙釉质酸蚀脱矿作用比较研究

Dental erosion of 12 beverages on young permanent teeth enamel

摘要: 目的:探讨4类12种饮料对年轻恒牙釉质表面酸蚀作用的差别。方法:130颗离体前磨牙随机分为13组,每组10颗,分别浸泡于碳酸饮料、果汁饮料、茶饮料、乳酸饮料和去离子水中25 h,每5 h换液;使用电子酸度计测定每组液体pH,使用激光荧光诊断仪对釉质脱矿程度进行定量分析。结果:碳酸饮料、果汁饮料样本酸蚀脱矿明显,实验前后激光荧光值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),茶饮料中的凉茶、乳酸饮料中的优酸乳和酸酸乳脱矿不明显(P>0.05)。结论:大部分饮料可造成釉质酸蚀脱矿,应当控制儿童软饮料的消耗量并建议改变饮用方式。

Abstract: Objective:The aim of the study is to evaluate the erosive effect on young permanent teeth enamel by carbonated beverage, fruit juice, tea drinks and lactate drinks. Methods:130 young permanent teeth were randomly divided into 13 groups, and were soaked in 12 beverages and deionized water respectively. A laser fluorescence system was used to keep a quantitative record. Results:By observing the dental erosion effected by the beverages before and after the experiment, a significant difference of demineralization was found in carbonated beverage and fruit juice (P<0.05). But herbal tea and two kinds of lactate drinks did not show any significant erosive effect (P>0.05). Conclusions:Most of the beverages can cause dental erosion of young permanent teeth. It is suggested that beverages consumption by children should be controlled.
