透明质酸寡糖促血管新生效应的研究进展

Angiogenesis effect of hyaluronan oligosaccharides

摘要: 透明质酸寡糖(oligosaccharides of hyaluronan,o-HA)可以促进血管内皮细胞增殖进而引起血管新生,单位数量不同的o-HA促血管新生效应存在差异,近年来研究发现了o-HA促血管新生的主要作用路径以及相关的重要细胞因子,本文就o-HA促进血管新生作用及其相应机理的研究进行综述。

Abstract: Oligosaccharides of hyaluronan were able to promote endothelial cell proliferating and induce angiogenesis, the biological activities of o-HA depend on its molecular weight. Studies have shown that the biological functions of o-HA are initiated through cell surface receptors or HA-binding proteins, resulting in signal transduction activation and ultimately angiogenesis. We review the pro-angiogenesis activity of o-HA and the involved functional mechanism.
