近场静电纺丝技术的发展及其用于生物学领域的进展研究

Development of near-field electrospinning technology and its application in biology

摘要: 近场静电纺丝技术为改进传统静电纺丝的参数为低电压,近接收距离的纺丝技术,实现可控走向纤维的制备,三维层叠的支架制备,在多个领域具有较高的应用价值。本文就近场静电纺丝技术的提出与发展,相关参数的控制,三维支架的制备及生物学领域上应用方面进行综述。

Abstract: Compared with traditional electrospinning, near-field electrospinning technology changed paremeters into low-voltage, close range of needle-to-collector distance to achieve the control of fibers' deposition and three-dimensional scaffolds preparation, which have a high application value in many fields.The main work of this paper is to review the proposed and developed of near-field electrospinning,investigation of parameters for preparation and application of near-field electrospinning in biology.
