CBCT在根尖周炎诊疗中的应用进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 口腔锥形束CT（cone beam computed tomography，CBCT）能从矢状位、冠状位和轴位三维显示颌骨，实现了对传统口腔X线片仅能提供二维图像的突破，克服了根尖X线片（periapical radiology, PR）图像的重叠、变形等缺陷。与螺旋CT相比，CBCT所产生的辐射量相对较低，空间分辨率更高。CBCT被逐渐广泛应用于牙体牙髓病的临床诊疗中，尤其对根尖周炎的诊断和疗效判断具有较大的优势。
