Advances in research on prevention and treatment of Streptococcus mutans biofilm

摘要: 龋病是一种慢性进行性疾病,牙菌斑生物膜是龋病发生所依赖的微环境,是龋病的始动因子。变形链球菌是目前公认的主要致龋菌,寻找有效的对抗变链菌生物膜的方法成为目前研究的热点。本文主要在物理、化学及生物三个层面对变形链球菌生物膜的清除方法加以综述,旨在为龋病的防治提供新的思路和手段。

Abstract: Caries is a chronic progressive disease, dental plaque biofilm is the microenvironment in which caries occur, and is the initiating factor of caries.Streptococcus mutans is currently recognized as the main cariogenic bacteria, and the search for effective methods against the biofilm of mutans has become a hot topic.This paper reviews the methods of removing Streptococcus mutans biofilm from the three layers of physics, chemistry and biology, aiming to provide new ideas and means for the prevention and treatment of caries.
