摘要: 炎症免疫、骨代谢异常在牙周炎发病、致病中起着关键作用,揭示炎症免疫、骨代谢调控的关键作用靶点及调控机制对牙周炎防治具有重要作用。大麻素受体为G蛋白耦联受体,作为内源性大麻素系统的重要组成部分,参与骨组织内骨调节和骨代谢过程,同时大麻素受体在牙周炎症组织愈合中存在重要调控功能。本文将简要介绍大麻素受体在炎症免疫、骨代谢中的功能作用的研究现状及大麻素受体在牙周炎防治中的潜在作用。
