酪蛋白裂解酶P对口腔致病菌内环境稳态及毒力影响的研究进展

Advances in the effect of ClpP protease on homeostasis and virulence in oral pathogens

摘要: 酪蛋白裂解酶(Clp)P广泛存在于各种细菌内,维持细菌蛋白质及内环境稳态,降解调节亚基三磷酸腺苷(ATP)依赖的内肽酶Clp识别的异常折叠或积累的蛋白质,通过调节相关基因及蛋白质底物的表达,维持细菌内环境稳态,参与细菌细胞壁及生物膜的形成,辅助抵抗复杂的应激环境,从而影响细菌的生物学功能。本文阐述了ClpP对口腔多种致病菌生物学行为的影响以及对内环境稳态的调控机制。

Abstract: Caseinolytic protease (Clp) P is widely present in various bacteria, responsible for maintaining the protein homeostasis in bacteria, degrading the misfolded or abnormally accumulated proteins recognized by the regulatory subunit adenosine triphosphate (ATP) dependent endopeptidase Clp. By regulating the expression of related genes and protein substrates, ClpP maintains the bacteria homeostasis, participates in the formation of cell walls and biofilms, as well as in the resistance of complex stress, thus affects the biological function of bacteria. This review elaborates the effects of ClpP protease on the biological behavior and homeostasis regulatory mechanism of various oral pathogenic bacteria.
