Abstract: Autologous soft tissue graft is very common in mucogingiva surgery.However,in cases of multiple recipient sites,increased palatal wound add to more pain for patients.This article is aimed at discussing the possibility of acellular dermal matrix（ADM）replacing autograft in mucogingiva surgery.
