Abstract: Casein phosphopeptide-amorphous calcium phosphate (CPP-ACP) is a stable remineralization system of calcium-phosphorus derived from milk, which can be used in the minimally invasive treatment of early enamel caries. CPP-ACP can be utilized with fluoride. However, the synergy of CPP-ACP and fluoride is still controversial.
