Research progress on the mechanism of post-translational modifications in fracture healing

Abstract: Post-translational modifications (PTMs) are essential for developmental biology and homeostasis of bone and are closely associated with bone disease occurrence. This article reviews the role of several common forms of PTMs in fracture healing, providing some reference for the therapy of fracture healing.
