红色复合体与逆行性牙髓炎的相关性研究

摘要： [摘要] 目的：研究牙龈卟啉单胞菌（Porphyromonas gingivalis，Pg）、福赛坦氏菌（Tannerella forsythus，Tf）和齿垢密螺旋体（Treponema denticola，Td）与逆行性牙髓炎的相关性。方法：采集逆行性牙髓炎患牙的牙髓组织（40例），应用SYBR Green实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应法定量监测患牙牙髓组织中Pg、Tf、Td三种微生物以及总的细菌量。结果：逆行性牙髓炎患牙牙髓组织中Pg、Tf和Td的检出率分别为22.5%、82.5%和47.5%，三种微生物之间具有协同致病效应，OR值及95%可信区间为2.83（1.26~6.38）。结论：红色复合体(Pg、Tf、Td)与逆行性牙髓炎牙髓组织的感染密切相关。

Abstract: [Abstract] Objective：To investigate the presence of red bacterial complex (Porphyromonas gingivalis (Pg) , Tannerella forsythus (Tf) and Treponema denticola (Td)) in pulp tissue with retrograde pulpitis. Methods：Pulp tissue was collected from 40 teeth with retrograde pulpitis. Pg, Tf, Td and the total bacteria in the samples were assayed respectively using SYBR Green real-time PCR. Results Pg, Tf and Td were detected in 22.5%, 82.5 and 47.5% of the samples respectively. There is a synergistic action among Pg, Tf and Td (OR=2.83（1.26~6.38）). Conclusions：The red complex was related to the infection in retrograde pulpitis.
