红色复合体与逆行性牙髓炎的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between red bacteria complex and retrograde pulpitis

摘要: [摘要] 目的:研究牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Porphyromonas gingivalis,Pg)、福赛坦氏菌(Tannerella forsythus,Tf)和齿垢密螺旋体(Treponema denticola,Td)与逆行性牙髓炎的相关性。方法:采集逆行性牙髓炎患牙的牙髓组织(40例),应用SYBR Green实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应法定量监测患牙牙髓组织中Pg、Tf、Td三种微生物以及总的细菌量。结果:逆行性牙髓炎患牙牙髓组织中Pg、Tf和Td的检出率分别为22.5%、82.5%和47.5%,三种微生物之间具有协同致病效应,OR值及95%可信区间为2.83(1.26~6.38)。结论:红色复合体(Pg、Tf、Td)与逆行性牙髓炎牙髓组织的感染密切相关。

Abstract: [Abstract] Objective:To investigate the presence of red bacterial complex (Porphyromonas gingivalis (Pg) , Tannerella forsythus (Tf) and Treponema denticola (Td)) in pulp tissue with retrograde pulpitis. Methods:Pulp tissue was collected from 40 teeth with retrograde pulpitis. Pg, Tf, Td and the total bacteria in the samples were assayed respectively using SYBR Green real-time PCR. Results Pg, Tf and Td were detected in 22.5%, 82.5 and 47.5% of the samples respectively. There is a synergistic action among Pg, Tf and Td (OR=2.83(1.26~6.38)). Conclusions:The red complex was related to the infection in retrograde pulpitis.
