定量感觉测试在三叉神经区域应用的研究初探

Thermal and mechanical quantitative sensory testing (QST) in the Trigeminal Region: Site and Gender Differences

摘要: [摘要] 目的:采用定量感觉测试(quantitative sensory testing,QST)探讨中国年轻人群的三叉神经区域感觉的差异。方法:选择40例健康志愿者,男,女各20例,平均(24.4±3.52)岁。在眶下神经分布区域(V2)、下颌神经分布区域(V3)的左右侧分别测量冷/热感觉阈值(CDT/WDT)、冷/热疼痛阈值(CPT/HPT)、机械感觉阈值(MDT)和机械疼痛阈值(MPT),采用两因素的方差分析进行数据分析。结果:女性的CDT值较男性低,表明对冷觉刺激更为迟钝(P =.002);女性的WDT值较男性低,表明对温觉刺激更为敏感(P = .012);女性的HPT值较男性低,表明对热痛刺激更为敏感(P = .034) 。V2比V3对热痛刺激更为敏感(P< .001),对冷觉刺激更为迟钝 (P = .001),差异有统计学意义。V2、V3左右两侧的QST各项指数均无差异。结论:温度和机械的定量感觉测试可作为评价三叉神经区域感觉功能的状况的一种手段。

Methods: Fourty subjects (20 male,20 female)participated the study..The sensitivity was examined bilaterally in facial sites supplied by the infraorbital (V2) and mental (V3) nerves. The colddetection threshold (CDT), cold pain threshold (CPT), warm detection threshold (WDT), heat pain threshold (HPT), mechanical detection threshold (MDT), mechanical pain threshold (MPT) were determined. Data were tested with ANOVAs for repeated measures and post-hoc comparisons were calculated using Bonferroni tests. Results:A significantly lower threshold (lower sensitivity) was detected for CDT (P =.002), and significantly lower thresholds (higher sensitivity) for WDT (P = .012) and HPT(P = .034) in woman . There were significant differences with lower threshold (lower sensitivity) in V2 compared to V3 for CDT (P = .001) and lower threshold (higher sensitivity) for HPT(P< .001). There were no significant right-to-left side differences for any of the QST parameters. Conclusion: Application of the thermal and mechanical quantitative sensory test may evaluate the sensory function of the V area.
