摘要: 口腔微环境中存在着多种细菌,细菌与细菌之间通过生物膜的形式实现菌种的共存。LuxS/AI-2密度感应系统存在于多种革兰氏阳性和阴性细菌中,通过特异性密度感应信号整合,可以使细菌区分自体与非自体,从而启动细菌相关基因的表达,进而精确调控自身行为,如细菌生物发光、释放毒力因子和生物膜的形成等行为,以适应环境的变化。本文就AI-2分子的形成、密度感应系统调控机制以及在口腔致病菌中相关的研究作一综述。

Abstract: There are many kinds of bacteria in the oral microenvironment, and the coexistence of bacteria is realized by the form of biofilm between bacteria and bacteria. The LuxS/AI-2 quorum sensing system is present in a variety of Gram-positive and negative bacteria. By integrating specific quorum sensing signals, bacteria can distinguish between autologous and non-autologous, thereby initiating the expression of bacterial-related genes, further precisely regulating biological behaviors to adapt environment, such as bioluminescence, release of virulence factors, and biofilm formation. In this review, we focus on the generation of AI-2, regulation of quorum sensing system and related research in oral pathogens.
