摘要: 细胞外囊泡(EV)作为生物体内的一类天然产生的用于细胞间通讯的膜性小泡,可以通过调控免疫细胞而诱导适宜的免疫微环境促进组织再生。本文就不同条件下EV对免疫功能的调控,以及EV作用下的免疫微环境在组织修复中的作用和机制进行综述,重点阐述间充质干细胞来源EV的免疫调控功能。

Abstract: Extracellular vesicle (EV) are membranous vesicles that occur naturally in organisms and are used for intercellular communication. They can induce an appropriate immune microenvironment to promote tissue regeneration by regulating immune cells. In this paper, we reviewed the regulation of immune function by EV under different conditions and the role and mechanism of immune microenvironment under THE action of EV in tissue repair, with emphasis on the immune regulation function of MESenchymal stem cells-derived EV.
