摘要: 整合素(ITG)是细胞胞膜表面重要的黏附分子家族成员之一,具备细胞与胞外基质、细胞与细胞之间的双向信号介导作用。其异二聚体ITGα2具有明显的促进细胞黏附、抑制血管生成作用和良好的成骨诱导能力。本文对ITGα2在细胞生物学性能、干细胞干性维持及分化、血管生成调节等方面的作用及其相应机制进行文献综述。
