物理方式加速正畸牙移动的研究进展

Research progress of physical methods to accelerate orthodontic tooth movement

摘要:

如何加快正畸牙移动速率,促进高效的骨改建,从而缩短疗程,减少并发症,是目前正畸临床的难点和热点问题。目前加速正畸牙移动的辅助干预措施主要分为手术干预和非手术干预两大类,其中非手术干预的物理方式具有无创无痛、操作简便等优点,已成为该领域的重点研究方向。本文对目前加速正畸牙移动的物理方式进行归纳与比较,对目前物理方式在加速正畸牙移动领域的转化应用进行总结展望,为实现健康高效的正畸牙移动加速策略提供参考。

Abstract: How to accelerate orthodontic tooth movement rates and promote effective bone remodeling, thereby shortening treatment periods and reducing complications, is a difficult and urgent issue in orthodontic clinics. To date, the auxiliary interventions for accelerating orthodontic tooth movement are mainly divided into two categories: surgical interventions and non-surgical interventions. Physical strategies of non-surgical interventions have become the key research direction in this field, with the advantages of non-invasiveness, painlessness, and simplicity of operation. In this paper, we summarize and compare current physical methods of accelerating orthodontic tooth movement. We conclude and outlook the translational applications of current physical methods of accelerating orthodontic tooth movement, providing a reference for achieving ahealthy and efficient orthodontic tooth movement acceleration strategy.
