摘要:

机械力在组织发育以及多种生理病理过程中起重要作用,许多分子、信号通路以及离子通道参与其中。口腔是一个开放的环境,处于口腔中的牙齿会不可避免地受到多种机械力的刺激,而牙发育是牙齿生长过程中最重要的一环,在这一过程中同样存在着力学因素,并在不同程度上影响着牙发育过程。本文对牙齿发育过程中机械刺激响应的相关分子进行综述,从而为找到一种通过机械刺激促进牙发育及萌出过程的方法提供可能。

Abstract: Mechanical forces play an important role in tissue development and various physiological and pathological processes, and many molecules, signaling pathways, and ion channels are involved. The mouth is an open environment, the teeth in the mouth will inevitably be stimulated by a variety of mechanical forces, and tooth development is the most important part of the tooth growth process, in this process there are also major factors, and affect the tooth development process to varying degrees. In this paper, the relevant molecules in response to mechanical stimulation in vivo and during tooth development are reviewed, so as to provide ideas for finding a method to promote tooth development and eruption through mechanical stimulation.
