lncRNA调控牙周炎组织中PDLSCs生物学行为的研究进展

Progress in studies on lncRNA mediates the biological behavior of periodontal ligament stem cells in periodontitis tissues

摘要: 近年来,对牙周炎环境中的长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)的多项研究表明,lncRNA在表观遗传水平、转录和转录后水平等多个层面上发挥关键作用,广泛参与牙周膜干细胞(periodontal ligament stem cells,PDLSCs)的增殖、免疫炎症反应、多项分化等生物学行为。大量lncRNA在健康牙周组织和受牙周炎影响的组织中表达有显著差异,这些lncRNA的差异性表达与PDLSCs的异常生物学行为紧密相关。本文就lncRNA调控牙周炎组织中PDLSCs生物学行为的机制作一综述。

Abstract: In recent years, several studies have shown that long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) plays crucial roles at multiple levels, such as epigenetic level, transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels. lncRNA is extensively involved in the biological behavior of PDLSCs, including proliferation, inflammatory immune response, and multidirectional differentiation. A great number of lncRNAs are significantly differentially expressed in healthy periodontal tissues and tissues affected by periodontitis, and the differential expression of lncRNAs is closely related to the abnormal biological behavior of PDLSCs. This paper reviews the mechanisms by which lncRNA regulates the biological behavior of PDLSCs affected by periodontitis.
