摘要: 间充质干细胞(MSCs)具有多向分化潜能,其成骨分化潜能在骨组织工程中起着重要的作用。长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)可以调控MSCs细胞周期、增殖、转移、免疫和分化。近年来对lncRNA的深入研究揭示lncRNA能调控MSCs成骨分化。本文对参与调节MSCs成骨分化的lncRNA及其作用和调节机制作一综述。

Abstract: Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have multi-directional differentiation potential, and their osteogenic differentiation potential plays an important role in bone tissue engineering. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) can regulate cell cycle, proliferation, metastasis, immunity and differentiation. In recent years, in-depth studies on lncRNAs have revealed that some lncRNAs regulate the osteogenic differentiation of MSCS. This article reviews the lncRNAs involved in the regulation of osteogenic differentiation of MSCs and their roles and regulatory mechanisms.
