Abstract: Temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis (TMJOA) is a common disease characterized by progressive cartilage degeneration, subchondral bone remodeling and chronic pain. The exact pathogenesis of TMJOA is unclear. Dnmt3b is a kind of DNA methyltransferase.
