Advances on the roles of Wnt signaling pathway in the development of periodontal tissues and periodontal diseases

摘要: Wnt信号通路调节生长发育,与多种组织器官的形成相关,同时也与免疫炎症反应的发生发展、创伤愈合及组织再生有密切关系。本文就Wnt信号通路的组成,及其在牙周组织发育与牙周疾病发生发展中的作用作一综述。

Abstract: Wnt signaling pathway regulates growth and development, which is closely related to the development of various tissues and organs. Moreover, it is also related to the development of inflammation, wound healing and tissue regeneration. This article reviews the composition of Wnt signaling pathway and its roles in the development of periodontal tissues and periodontal diseases.
