摘要: 初级纤毛作为信号传感器存在于大多数哺乳动物细胞表面,其结构和功能缺陷会导致一系列被称为纤毛病的人类多系统综合征。部分纤毛病患者表现出明显软骨发育不良,严重影响包括颅颌面部在内的骨骼系统发育,初级纤毛在软骨发育和稳态维持中具有重要作用。同时,初级纤毛的结构和功能与软骨细胞的机械感知密切相关。 本文就初级纤毛在调控软骨细胞命运及机械转导中的作用进行综述。
