Research progress of gene SNRNP200

摘要: SNRP200为核前体mRNA的剪接基因,编码的蛋白质属于RNA解旋酶的DExH-box蛋白家族,其在全身组织中广泛表达。SNRNP200与前体mRNA的剪接密切相关,可以通过影响剪接来调控有关基因的表达,从而影响细胞的增殖。此外,SNRNP200在遗传性视网膜色素变性及急性髓系白血病发病中也起着重要作用。本文对SNRP200的结构特征、功能调控及对疾病的影响等方面作一系统综述。

Abstract: SNRP200 is the splicing gene of nuclear precursor mRNA, and the encoded protein belongs to DEXH-box protein family of RNA helicase, which is widely expressed in the whole body tissues. In recent years, studies have shown that SNRNP200 is closely related to the splicing of precursor mRNA, and it can regulate the expression of related genes by influencing splicing, thus affecting cell proliferation. In addition, SNRNP200 also plays an important role in the pathogenesis of hereditary retinitis pigmentosa and acute myeloid leukemia (AML). In this paper, the structural characteristics, functional regulation and effects on diseases of SNRNP200 were reviewed.
