摘要: 骨髓间充质干细胞(BMMSC)功能是骨损伤修复的生物学基础。线粒体作为BMMSC能量工厂和信号传递中心,通过调控BMMSC功能在骨损伤修复中发挥作用。线粒体结构功能损伤不仅导致BMMSC能量代谢异常,并且能够释放促损伤信号分子导致其细胞增殖分化功能异常,从而影响骨修复。本文就近年来BMMSC线粒体结构功能在骨损伤修复中的作用及线粒体质量控制机制研究进展进行综述,以期为骨损伤修复的临床治疗提供参考和理论指导。

Abstract: The function of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells is the biological basis of bone injury repair. Mitochondria, as the energy factory and signal transmission center of BMSCs, play a role in bone injury repair by regulating the function of BMSCs. The damage of mitochondrial structure and function not only leads to abnormal energy metabolism of BMSCs, but also can release pro-injury signal molecules, resulting in abnormal proliferation and differentiation of BMSCs, thus affecting bone repair. In this paper, the research progress of the role of mitochondrial structure and function in bone injury repair and mitochondrial quality control mechanism in recent years is reviewed, in order to provide reference and theoretical guidance for the clinical treatment of bone injury repair.
